Buyer Terms and Conditions You acknowledge that prices do not include shipping, handling charges, and museum permits if delivery address is abroad or applicable taxes including VAT, if any, for which you are responsible and which will be separately identified on your receipt. Terra Kulture gallery reserves the right to cancel any order placed via the gallery’s website and determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the item is out of stock, or otherwise unavailable at the price listed via the Services. If Terra Kulture gallery cancels an order placed, we will send you an email confirmation of such cancellation and you will not be charged for your order. Artists reserve the right not to accept orders for any reason. Once your order has been accepted you will be provided with an Order Confirmation email Details of the Artwork which will be supplied to you along with the invoice are contained within the Order Confirmation. Commissions – the Artist will agree a price for a commission, based on your requirements. 50% of the agreed price is payable once an order is placed by you. You will then be sent images for approval. Once you approve an image then you are not able to cancel a Commission.
